The Former President of H.K.E. Society Poojya Basawarajappa Appa has established the H.K.E. Society's I.T.I. Gulbarga in the year : 1987 at Poojya Doddappa Appa College of Engineering Gulbarga with Electrician, Mech. Motor Vehicle, Electronic Mech., Mech. Radio and T.V. and Fitter trades to ensure a steady flow of skilled workers in different trades for the Industries. Secondly to rise the quality of Industrial production by systematic training of worker and to reduce Un-Employment among the educated youth by equipping them for suitable Industrial Employment.
Since Hyderbad Karnataka Area is a backward Area Here Education and Technical skill is necessary so keeping in this view a small step to improve Backward position of Hyderbad Karnataka Area H.K.E. I.T.I. has been established to give knowledge and employment to Hyderbad Karnataka area People.
