The Former President of H.K.E. Society Poojya Basawarajappa Appa has established the H.K.E. Society’s I.T.I. Kalaburagi in the year : 1987 at Poojya Doddappa Appa College of Engineering Premises Kalaburagi with Electrician, Mech. Motor Vehicle, Electronic Mech., Instrument Mech. And Fitter trades to ensure a steady flow of skilled workers in different trades for the Industries. Secondly to rise the quality of Industrial production by systematic training of worker and to reduce Un- Employment among the educated youth by equipping them for suitable Industrial Employment.

          The commissioner, Employment and training Department Govt. of Karnataka has sanctioned the 100% salary Grant to H.K.E. Society’s I.T.I. Kalaburagin since 1997.

          H.K.E. I.T.I. college Kalaburagi staff are well qualified and have maximum experience from 10 years to 25 years so they give perfect training to trainees even the staff JTO’s are given training to update their knowledge All most all staff trained at STARC training centre Malvalli and Training given to HKE ITI College staff from reputed PDA Engineering college, etc.,
